ONE8 is not showing in my DAW
Install the correct build, quit and reopen the DAW, then rescan audio plug-ins. On macOS, check AU in Logic and VST3 in hosts such as Ableton, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, and Bitwig.

ONE8 will not pass audio until activation succeeds or a valid offline token is present. Copy the serial from the portal, then activate inside Settings > License.
Open licencesMy purchase or trial is missing
Sign in with the same email used at checkout. If the licence still does not appear after payment confirmation, open a support ticket from the portal.
Contact supportMy serial is rejected
Copy the serial directly from the portal, avoid extra spaces, and make sure the computer can reach the licensing server. If all machine slots are used, remove an old activation in Licences.
Manage activationsI have a Wahida redeem code
Redeem codes belong in the customer portal. Sign in or create an account, open Redeem Code, enter the code, then use Licences and Downloads from the same account.
