1. Who we are
Wahida Audio provides audio software, installers, documentation, licences, activation services, downloads, and customer support through wahidaaudio.com.

2. Accepting these terms
By buying, downloading, installing, activating, or using ONE8, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
If a short notice in an installer conflicts with these full terms, these full terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Price, VAT, and payment
ONE8 is priced at £98 with VAT included where applicable. The checkout must confirm the final tax position before payment.
The checkout must show the total price, VAT or tax position, payment provider, and any material delivery or access limits before you pay. VAT invoices should show the required VAT details where applicable.
4. Digital download notice
ONE8 is supplied as digital content. If you are a consumer and you request immediate access during the 14-day cancellation period, you may lose the normal cancellation right once download, account access, or digital delivery begins, provided this is clearly requested and acknowledged at checkout.
This does not affect statutory rights you may have if the digital content is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or otherwise protected by laws that cannot be excluded.
5. Software licence
When you receive a valid ONE8 licence, Wahida Audio grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use ONE8 for music production, sound design, mixing, mastering, and related creative work.
You may use audio created with ONE8 in personal and commercial releases without paying additional royalties to Wahida Audio.
The number of permitted activations, machines, users, or seats is the number shown at checkout, in your customer account, or in your licence information.
6. Restrictions
You must not:
- copy, share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, upload, distribute, or transfer the software or installer without written permission;
- share, publish, sell, or transfer licence keys, account access, offline activation files, or activation tokens;
- crack, bypass, disable, tamper with, or attempt to defeat licensing, activation, update checks, or security features;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the software except where applicable law expressly allows this;
- remove copyright, trademark, licence, or attribution notices.
7. Ownership
ONE8 is licensed, not sold. Wahida Audio and its licensors keep all rights in the software, code, user interface, design, artwork, brand, presets, documentation, installer, and related materials.
You keep ownership of your own music, recordings, sessions, presets, and other content that you create.
8. Activation and accounts
ONE8 may require a licence key, customer account, online activation, offline activation, or periodic licence validation. The customer portal can be used to view licences, remove old machine activations, download installers, and access receipts.
Wahida Audio may suspend or disable licence keys, accounts, or activations linked to fraud, chargebacks, licence sharing, unauthorised resale, piracy, security abuse, or breach of these terms.
9. Compatibility
Supported operating systems, plugin formats, architectures, DAWs, and minimum requirements are listed on the product page, download page, documentation, or release notes.
Operating system updates, DAW updates, plugin format changes, third-party host behaviour, hardware changes, and security settings can affect compatibility. Wahida Audio will make reasonable efforts to support listed systems, but cannot guarantee every future or unsupported setup.
10. Updates and support
Wahida Audio may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements, downloads, documentation, and support at its discretion, unless a specific commitment is stated at checkout.
Support may be refused or limited where a user is abusive, repeatedly violates these terms, uses an unauthorised copy, or requests support for unsupported systems.
11. Backups and user responsibility
Before installing or updating ONE8, you should back up important sessions, presets, templates, recordings, system settings, and other data.
You are responsible for checking that your system meets the product requirements and that the plugin is suitable for your workflow before relying on it in important sessions.
12. Privacy
Account, purchase, activation, support, security, and download services may process personal data. The Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, the lawful basis, retention, processors, transfers, and your rights under UK GDPR.
13. Refunds and statutory rights
The Refund Policy explains digital download cancellation, faulty digital content, compatibility issues, chargebacks, and how to request help.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Disclaimer
Wahida Audio works to make ONE8 reliable and useful, but audio software depends on many systems outside Wahida Audio's control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot legally be excluded, ONE8 is provided as is and as available. Wahida Audio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from every fault, compatibility with every system, or suitability for every project.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wahida Audio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, lost projects, lost sessions, corrupted files, lost presets, lost data, or loss caused by unsupported systems, third-party plugins, DAW behaviour, or user configuration.
For business users, Wahida Audio's total aggregate liability relating to ONE8 is limited to the amount paid for the affected licence in the 12 months before the claim arose. For consumers, this applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
16. Changes
Wahida Audio may update these terms for future purchases, future downloads, new versions, or changed services. Changes will not remove rights you already have under laws that cannot be excluded.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living outside England and Wales, you may also have mandatory consumer rights in your own country or region that these terms cannot take away.
